Mike Simmons is a husband, father of three and real estate investor living in Michigan.
Mike began his real estate investing business in 2008 - right as the market was bottoming out. Since then, he has been growing his business and successfully flipping properties in Southeast Michigan. Over the last few years, he has also acquired several buy and hold properties. Last year he successfully launched a wholesaling branch of his real estate business.
Mike hosts a successful podcast called Just Start Real Estate where he interviews some of the most successful real estate investors in the country while also drawing on his years of successful real estate investing to educate and inspire both new and experienced investors.
